✒️ Contest – Anthology “अयोध्या: Ram and Sita Return” – ✒️
“अयोध्या: Ram and Sita Return” – this is the title of not only the next anthology (Kindle Version only by Dewdrop Publication), but also the contest. You have to interpret the title in your own words and as per your imagination. It could be happiness on their return, it could be a question mark on what was to follow, it could be a happiness on the end of war, it could be just anything. And it could be from the perspective of anyone – Hanuman, Vibhishan, Urmilla, Sita, Ram, Laxman, Bharat or a simple onlooker etc etc etc.
Rules
- The poem must not be more than 30 lines. Poems with more than 30 will be rejected and no questions entertained.
- The poem can be in English/Hindi. Only 1 poem will be entertained. If you send more than 1 poem, the one sent first will be used.
- The poem should not hurt the sentiments by usage of foul words, etc. Such poems will be rejected.
- The poem should be sent as a word document which should also contain a 100 word biodata. Biodata with more than 100 words will not be used in anthology. Both biodata and poem should be in the same word document – the biodata should be put first, followed by the poem. The email should also have a jpeg photo of yours, unless you don’t wish it to be published.
- The email should contain a declaration
“This is my own work and I have the copyright to my poem. I have no objection if the poem is published in kindle anthology.” - If you want to send your poem only for the contest, then simply declare – “This is my own work and I have the copyright to my poem.”
- The last date to send is 31/08/2023. The entries will be sent anonymously to the editors.
- The anthology will be published by October.
- If anyone wishes to submit their painting on the theme, same can also be emailed. The best one will be used as the cover page.
