(हम कैप्टन प्रवीण रघुवंशी जी द्वारा ई-अभिव्यक्ति के साथ उनकी साहित्यिक और कला कृतियों को साझा करने के लिए उनके बेहद आभारी हैं। आई आई एम अहमदाबाद के पूर्व छात्र कैप्टन प्रवीण जी ने विभिन्न मोर्चों पर अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर देश की सेवा की है। आप सी-डैक के आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस और एचपीसी ग्रुप में वरिष्ठ सलाहकार के रूप में कार्यरत थे साथ ही आप विभिन्न राष्ट्र स्तरीय परियोजनाओं में भी शामिल थे।  कैप्टन प्रवीण रघुवंशी जी ने अपने ‘प्रवीन  ‘आफ़ताब’’ उपनाम से  अप्रतिम साहित्य की रचना की है।

ई-अभिव्यक्ति परिवार के अभिन्न सदस्य – संपादक (ई-अभिव्यक्ति – अंग्रेजी) के रूप में आपका साहित्यिक सहयोग अनन्य है। 

कल 5 नवम्बर को कैप्टन प्रवीण रघुवंशी जी ने अपना जन्मदिवस मनाया जिसमे उनके परिवार के सदस्यों ने ही नहीं अपितु कई मित्रों और चाहने वालों ने प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से अपनी मनोभावनों से उन्हें अवगत कराया। ऐसा स्नेह पाने वाले लोग बिरले ही हुआ करते हैं। कैप्टन प्रवीण रघुवंशी जी को सोशल मीडिया पर प्राप्त शुभकामना संदेशों में से एक हम अपने प्रबुद्ध पाठकों से साझा करना चाहते हैं। यह शुभकामना संदेश ही नहीं, अपितु, एक उत्कृष्ट साहित्य भी है। इस संदेश को किसी भी रूप में संपादित करना, उस संवेदनशील साहित्य एवं साहित्यकार की मनोभावनाओं के साथ अन्याय होगा। अतः मैं बिना संपादित किए हुए सहज ही प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूँ –

ऐ खुदा के बन्दे तेरी ये सज़ा क्या है?

खुद ही को कर बुलंद इतना की हर तक़दीर से पहले

खुदा खुद तुझसे पूछे बता बन्दे तेरी रज़ा क्या है?

बुझ कर भी जो जलती रहे

उसे यादों का खूबसूरत इत्तेफाक कहते हैं

तेरे हाथों के लिखे खत मैं जलाता कैसे

तेरे प्यार में  डूबे हुए खत मैं बुझाता कैसे

तेरे वो खुशबू भरे खत मैं भुलाता कैसे

वो खत यादों की गंगा में  बहा आया हूँ

आग बहते हुए पानी में लगा आया हूँ …

Dear Captain Pravin Singh Raghuvanshi Sir,

  1. An Officer & the Gentleman! An Aircrew! A Diver! A Master on Mighty Albatross!* The brain of the present days Rajali Operations Room! A Tough Frogman! A Rescuer, A Reliever, A Pioneer and ….. An evacuator involved in scores of diving operations including in Karwar Base in worst of sea conditions, a master of multitudes of Rescue & Relief Operations and a Pioneer of the operations, at the peril of his life when the Panjim Bridge collapsed in 1990 and so on ….

(These are the two squadrons Capt. Pravin Raghuvanshi served for a long time…Author of this post Cdr. Sanjay Sinha has commanded both these squadrons…)

  1. Where other fails – Pravin Singh Raghuvanshi (PSR) prevails. When going gets tough, PSR gets going. An MBA, an MSc, a Lead Auditor of ISO 9001 accreditation, a holder EMS 14001 certification, an OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) 18001 recipient and a student adorned with multiple degrees & laurels, which I had a chance to glance at his Mumbai’s NOFRA abode during a chance visit in Dec 2007.

 

  1. A par excellence Time Manager, a Leonardo da Vinci of Albatross whose paintings and sketches of his own imaginations and copies of masterpieces are world class – one should see his Art Workshop at the backyard of his abode which would appear as if a Louvre of collections cum Exhibition of Art by an Indian Vincent van Gogh, Picasso and Michael Angelo.

 

  1. In the arena of literature – A William Wordsworth of Albatross in poetry, one should read his English poems.  A George Bernard Shaw of Albatross in English Prose – one should read his write ups.  The write up for Ladies Nite Invitation of 1996 was a rage of Rajali. I haven’t read such a write up even for Oscars, it still adorns my one of the trunks and follows separately.  An Alvin Toffler of Rajali – one should read his collection of written philosophical snippets. An Orator, a Composer, a Shayar, a Writer, a Master of Urdu Nazms, an Event Manager, overall a Mariyana trench of multitudes Talent.

 

  1. A Dildaar, a Raazdaar and a Helper to the hilt – one would be flabbergasted to know what all he has sacrificed to help people, be it monetarily or physically and above all – a humble human being.

 

  1. A man who takes relationship beyond the horizon, a Personality of Quiet & Hidden Talent, a Down to Earth Person – in perfect consonance with John Bunyan’s poem, “He, That is down, Needs Fear No Fall!“, a doer of good to others Bible’s way where, “ The left hand doesn’t know what right hand has done!” A recipient of the Nau Sena Medal, Prime Ministers award and many commendations.

 

  1. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, presently the Senior Advisor to the India’s Supercomputing giant – CDAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing) – the maker of India’s Supercomputer “PARAM” at a time when USA refused to give Cray computer technology. A member in of national level in planning of Policy & Strategy in the fields of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), HPC (High Performance Computing), AI (Artificial Intelligence), Virtual Reality (VR), Machine Translation (MT) and a myriad of projects of national & international level.  This I could gather during a brief visit to his abode, an artist’s paradise, consisting of a mini library, a mini research centre, a music and a writer’s composer’s studio at Pune on 29 Dec 2018.

 

  1. A member of Bombay Film Writers Association, Ghazal composer of the type – Neighbour’s envy and Owner’s pride, and You fascinate me for variety for Mushairas and National / International Conferences. The list is endless, and the saga is relentless.
